Gimmicky, pricey, but very good german/half-vegetarian restaurant (“El Germen”) in Sucre.  They got goulasch, i got fettuccini CON COCA cuz they wouldn’t substitute spätzle (on the menu as a side) in the baked noodle-cheese dish.  i mean, it’s NOT FUCKING COMPLICATED.
